Task
Organise and manage press conference and staff presentation to announce National Bank corporate sponsorship of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
Solution
We created a 60-seat presentation theatre inside the lobby of the National Bank Sydney HQ.
We also organised all AV and lighting equipment, catering for attendees, presentation format and running order for all stakeholders including Minister for Health Tony Abbott, National Bank and OCRF.
Results
The event ran professionally, on schedule, hitch-free and under budget.
Video footage from the event was broadcast on National Bank’s intranet for internal employee communications.
