Our Approach

Killer Whale understands brands, and we develop strategies that bring our clients brands to life in a face-to-face environment.

We believe the most powerful approach to field marketing or product sampling is to provide a positive ‘experience’ for the specific target market, while reinforcing the brand attributes and informing the potential consumer about a 'pathway to purchase'.

Planning

We take a systematic approach to logistics management, starting with a critical path document covering essential planning steps and timings, such as supplier briefs, council permits, uniform production, leaflet printing, product transportation and staffing, to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Execution

Our campaign staff are employed directly and hand picked. They are trained and given extensive briefings on all aspects of the activity, including brand messages.

A team command structure is set in place in all activities, to ensure high quality in delivery.

Reporting

Prior to commencing the campaign evaluation metrics are agreed with the client. Typically report sheets and photography are submitted by the campaign team after every session, and compiled into a client report providing demographics on audience, customer reaction and reach.
